Chapter 200 begins:

"A Fear Like None Before"

Canon Segment: 5 minutes 8 seconds

Raditz laughs at the pair, saying that fear will be the last taste they will ever know. Piccolo curses their luck about having to face even stronger opponents should they defeat Raditz here and now. But then, with a smirk on his face, Piccolo asks Goku if he is not "excited" about the concept of fighting stronger opponents, as such is seemingly a joyous hobby with Goku! Goku smirks back, saying that he's too terrified to be excited, this time. Getting serious again, Goku yells at Raditz to tell him where he has hidden Gohan! Raditz informs him that he locked up the crying annoyance in his space pod (and he should "probably" still be alive). Goku floats upwards, looking down on the pod. He yells for Gohan to not worry, and that he'll soon rescue him. Raditz laughs raucously upon hearing this, yelling that Goku will die before he can even attempt to save his son! Goku floats back down, and asks if Piccolo is ready to attack. Piccolo says that there's no alternative, so they both begin charging directly towards Raditz!

They attack him head-on with repeated blows, all of which are successfully blocked by Raditz. Seeing that this attack isn't doing any good, they quickly reposition and immediately lunge at Raditz from behind. But Raditz, seeing-all, promptly drops his body so that he's floating horizontally, and kicks his feet into the faces of his opponents! Goku and Piccolo fly backwards from the blows, but immediately spring off the ground upon impact, and lunge back towards Raditz! Raditz (still horizontal) flies straight up as the pair attack him, resulting in a near-miss. Refusing to lose their momentum, Goku and Piccolo rapidly fly upwards after Raditz, already high in the sky. As they near him, Raditz raises his arms, and swings them back down, firing a huge ki blast from each hand! Goku narrowly dodges the blast meant for him, but Piccolo isn't as lucky, as he watches the blast obliterate his left arm! The two blasts continue outwards, destroying mountains on either side of the battlefield, while Goku lands and looks around for where Raditz has gone. The evil Saiyan immediately appears behind Goku and kicks him in the back, sending him sprawling into the dirt, face-first. Raditz laughs some more, and basically asks if they'd like to give up now. Goku curses Raditz, and slowly rises to his feet, wiping blood from his mouth. He turns to Piccolo to ask if he's ok, and notices the bloody stump that Piccolo now has! Piccolo says that fighting with one arm is going to be an inconvieniance. Raditz laughs madly at seeing the damage he's done to Piccolo, saying that his HEAD will be taken next!

Filler Segment: 1 minute

Above a couple of grazing donkeys at a grassy mountain range, Bulma, Kuririn, and Kame-Sen'nin are flying in an aircar towards the battle (though they are still a good distance from it). Kuririn and Bulma are worried about Goku, but Kame-Sen'nin tries to reassure them, saying that Goku and Piccolo together won't be easily defeated. But Kuririn then says that he simply doesn't trust Piccolo, believing that he may turn against Goku, and fight with Raditz! Kame-Sen'nin says that the Earth is doomed if they can't pull off a companionship, so, for now, they should just hope that they can pull it off!

Canon Segment: 10 minutes 25 seconds

Back at the battlefield, Goku and Piccolo are taking a short breather. Piccolo quietly asks Goku if he's developed a new attack in the last five years that may prove to be of some use. Goku smirks, saying that he honestly hasn't. Piccolo calls him lazy, saying it's a good thing that he, himself, is not!

Chapter 201 begins:

"Piccolo's Trump Card"

Raditz can't make out the murmurs between the pair, but says that if they intend to spend the last minutes of their lives making a secret strategy, he won't interfere! (he thinks any plan to be futile) Goku whispers back to Piccolo, asking if he's trying to say that he's developed a new attack. Piccolo confirms this, saying that even with one arm, he'll be able to pull it off. But he'll need time to gather the power, meaning Goku will have to fight him alone! Goku wants to know if the attack is definately sure to kill Raditz, but Piccolo does not know. He does say, however, that he originally designed this attack to kill Goku! Goku's glad to hear it'll be helping him instead, and Piccolo says that once the alien is dead, it'll be his turn next! They share a small laugh together, and upon hearing the laughs, Raditz thinks that they've lost their minds to fear. Feeling slightly optimistic again, Goku tells Piccolo to do what he has to do, and Piccolo says to distract him for as long as possible. Goku lunges head-on at Raditz, blocking blow for blow, while Piccolo begins charging his ki for the attack. Goku is slowly getting worn down, as Raditz begins beating him to a pulp, finishing his attack with a kick to Goku's face!

Goku flies a great distance from the impact, but regains himself just as he hits ground, intentionally pushing himself high into the air as he readies his hands in their classic postions! "Ka... me..."; he begins his chant for his ki attack, the Kamehameha, taught to him by the esteemed Turtle Hermit. Raditz's scouter indicates that Goku's power has jumped to 924, and is still increasing! ("Ha...") Raditz can't comprehend how Goku is able to focus all of his power into one spot! ("Me.....") Just then, his scouter gives off another high reading, indicating that Piccolo is at 1030 and rising! "HAAAAAAA!" Goku releases the blast, sending it straight down on Raditz! Raditz quickly dodges it, but stops running when he sees that Goku is bending the blast, having it chase after him! Enraged at this spectacle, Raditz stops in his tracks, outstretches his hand, and destroys the blast on the spot as it meets him. Goku can't believe his blast was stopped so effortlessly, and Raditz wastes no time in counterattacking, hurling a ki blast of his own right back at his brother! It hits Goku squarely, damaging him greatly and tattering his clothes. Upon hitting the ground, he immediately struggles to stand, but Raditz appears right in front of him seemingly instantaneously! He grabs him by the front of his gi, and yells "DIE!" He readies his final blow, when again his scouter goes off, informing him that Piccolo's power is now at 1330! Raditz prepares to attack Piccolo with a ki blast (while screaming out that he can't understand how Piccolo is able to focus all of his power into his fingertips), but Piccolo refuses to give him the opportunity! He screams "Try and take this Makankôsappô!!!!!", outstretches his arm with two of his fingers pointing out, and unleashes the spiralling, corkscrew-like attack!

Chapter 202 begins
Makankôsappô
"The Makankôsappô" [Demon Spiral Death-Cannon]

The blast travels straight towards Raditz at a fantastic speed, and there's a brilliant flash of light, and an explosion, as the attack makes contact. After the dust clears, Piccolo sees Raditz still standing before him, with only a chunk of his shoulder armor blasted away (as well as a large chunk of a mountain blasted away directly behind Raditz!), and a pretty PO'ed expression on his face. Piccolo stammers to himself that dodging such an attack at such a close range is unbelievable. Raditz smiles, saying that he really would have been done for if it had hit him directly. But he adds on that he's done playing around now. Piccolo realizes that he's about to die, as Raditz raises his hand, and prepares to wipe him out in one, massive ki attack! He swings his arm back down, but freezes, and looks to be in pain! He slowly turns his head, and he can't believe what he sees: Goku has grabbed his tail! Goku laughs, smugly, saying that Raditz became careless! He squeezes his tail harder, and Raditz falls to the ground face-first! Goku yells at Piccolo to fire that attack again! Piccolo commends him on his efforts, and begins building up to it (and yells out that he can only fire this attack once more). Raditz, weak and helpless, asks Goku is he's really going to kill his only brother. Goku yells at him again that he has no brother, and that Raditz tried to kill him first, anyway! Raditz quickly says that there was no seriousness behind his actions, and that he'll leave this planet immediately if Goku lets him go! Piccolo yells out to ignore his pleas! Raditz continues, saying that he's done truly evil things in the past, but he'll reform if he's let go! Goku angerly contemplates this, while Piccolo screams at him to not let go of the tail! Raditz begs his brother one last time, swearing to keep his promise! Goku finally caves, and releases the tail. With a superior smirk on his face, Raditz jumps to his feet and gives Goku an extremely painful elbow to the face, knocking him backwards. Raditz immediately leaps over to his fallen brother, and places his foot on his chest. Piccolo curses Goku's idiocy, while Raditz laughs about the fact that Goku actually released him! He continues, saying that Goku is not cut out to be a warrior after all, as a true warrior never hesitates to kill even a member of their own kin! Upon saying that, he begins stomping his foot down on Goku's chest, breaking his ribs! Goku screams in pain as Raditz tells him to endure this torture! Raditz pauses briefly, asking Piccolo why he doesn't fire another blast at him. Piccolo knows that he'd only dodge it again, so Raditz resumes stomping!

Filler Segment: 47 seconds

At the Son family home, Chi-Chi is humming to herself as she prepares dinner for her family. She happens to come across one of Gohan's tests, and notes that he achieved a perfect score on it. She gleefully complements her son, saying that he really is brilliant, and must be proud of himself. (She's also extremely proud of herself, for raising such a bright boy!) She then notes that her dinner pot is about to boil over, and hopes that her husband and son will be home, soon...

Canon Segment: 10 minutes 25 seconds

Back at the battlefield, Raditz's torture continues, as Goku screams helplessly. Raditz finally decides to finish his worthless brother off, when his scouter gives indication of a high combat reading! Startled by this, he scans around himself. It's definately not coming from Piccolo... it's coming from his space pod again! Leaping straight into the air, smashing completely through his prison, is Goku's son, Gohan, sporting an extremely angry-looking face for a four-year-old!!
