After
getting such amazing new digital animation sequences with
the previous two Japanese-made games (Budokai 2
and Budokai 3, respectively), we were all looking
forward with drool coming down our face in anticipation
of a new opening to Sparking!. Depending upon
how you look at it, you could either be extremely impressed
or extremely disappointed with what we received. Deviating
from the traditional 2D animation, the opening to Sparking!
is done entirely in a 3D, very shiny animation style.
