Daizenshuu EX - Multimedia - Music - Miscellaneous Non-DB CDs

In Japan, other artists than those featured on DragonBall soundtracks have had the honor of performing a few of these songs. Also, some of them even played them live on television or as a part of their show. In addition, sometimes English versions of popular DB songs were recorded. This section is our little way of showcasing these ACTUAL "rare" songs. You may see other sites that claim to have "rare" music, but... well... they're lying :P. This is stuff we had to kill thousands of men for (or pay too much more, more than likely)...!

Because there's no real way to organize anything on this page, we'll put it in chronological order of release/performance.

DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete 'ku
Bit By Bit, You're Charming My Heart

Song Review - VegettoEX

This album was recorded around the time that GT was premiering; the lyrics were actually written by ZARD, but the version in the TV series is performed by Field of View. ZARD's recording is a little more melodic, with their female vocalist instead of Field of View's male vocalist. I'm not quite sure which one I think is better, but this is definitely a good version of the song.

"DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete 'ku" is the opening theme to DragonBall GT.

Makafushigi Adobenchâ!
Mystical Adventure!

Song Review - VegettoEX

Animetal is a Japanese band that we would very clearly identify as a 1980's thrash metal band in America. They perform covers, in a very heavy metal style, of anime themes (mostly from, well.. the 1980's). Quite an amusing listen. They have a wide range of albums, including some live stuff.

Don't you see! [Original Karaoke]

Song Review - VegettoEX

The original album by the band that performs "Don't you see!" It contains both the original and karaoke versions of the song. Perfect for singing along, if you wish ^o^.

"Don't you see!" is the second closing theme to DragonBall GT.

Don't you see! [Live]

Song Review - VegettoEX

Three years after its inital release, "Don't you see!" is still considered one of Zard's best songs, and was included on their live album, along with some of their greatest hits.

"Don't you see!" is the second closing theme to DragonBall GT.

Blue Velvet

Song Review - VegettoEX

This MP3 was recorded directly off of Japanese television by a friend of a friend, and of course, it made its way to this site. Max is a popular J-Pop band, and I'm not quite sure what the circumstances were of their playing this song, nor what show it was on.. but here it is.

"Blue Velvet" is the third closing theme to DragonBall GT.

Song Review - VegettoEX

The English versions of the three songs on here are very.. interesting. Kageyama's English.. err.. ENGRISH.. isn't all that great, but it's still very fun to hear. Keep in mind that these are not *translated* versions of the songs; they are merely English *versions*.
